Bookings are to start on the check in date and end on the check out date.
Bookings can be made online, by email or by telephone.
Payment will only be accepted in sterling via brank transfer or by credit/debit card.
Your booking will be confirmed by email.
Please note that if you cancel less than 24 hours before check-in all any payments made are nonrefundable.
check in/check-out
Check in is available from 3 PM up until 12 AM on the date of arrival. All lets should be vacated by 11 AM on the day of departure. For extensions of check in/out times please contact the Shaw Property team.
Property use
All properties are to be used solely as short term holiday lets. All lets should only be occupied up to the amount of people specified on the property details. More than the quoted number of people will not be permitted. We reserve the right to refuse admittance if these terms are not observed and will deem the hire cancelled therefore forfeiting the deposit.
data protection
Shaw Property are the sole data controller of all data given to us by clients and prospective clients and will work according with the Data Protection Act 1998 at all times.
pets
Pets may be allowed in some lets. Please contact us for details.
complaints
Should there be any cause for complaint before, during or after your stay please contact us as soon as possible.
breakages & damage
Please report any damage to us immediately. Blatant, malicious damage will be charged. It is the sole responsibility of the tenant to ensure that the property is secure at all times during the stay and that any loss is reported immediately. Unreported losses may be charged. Lost or non returned keys and fobs will be charged at £25 each.
smoking
Smoking is not permitted within any properties.
